Overview
Receive and process telephone orders. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Clean equipment and facility as requested.
Responsibilities- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Serve as the first contact with phone-in and carryout customers; maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Perform tasks in a standing position (no chairs); able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
