Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated and hands-on Mechatronic Intern to join our engineering team at Newton CFV's headquarters in Sebastian, Florida. As a Mechatronic Intern, you'll work closely with our experienced Mechatronic and Design Engineering teams to support the first production lot of our Gravity Beverage Fountain system.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the full assembly process of Gravity Beverage Fountain systems
- Learn and assist with sub-assembly operations, ensuring high-quality standards
- Read and interpret engineering prints and technical documents with guidance from the design team
- Support testing and troubleshooting in our lab environment
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues
- Gain firsthand experience with CFV technology
- Real-world application of mechatronic principles
- Hands-on experience with automated beverage systems
- Quality control techniques and troubleshooting methods
- Team-based engineering collaboration in a fast-paced production environment
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Strong interest in hands-on mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to read or willingness to learn how to read technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Prior lab or technical project experience is a plus
- Paid internship
- Full-time or part-time available

Flexible - On-site position in Sebastian, FL
