Loan Officer – Consumer Lending

Role SummaryAssist members with consumer lending needs, analyze loan requests, set up new accounts, cross‑sell products, and provide support for existing loans.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- 80% – Interview member loan applicants, determine their loan needs and financial condition, establish loan terms, and identify cross‑sell opportunities.
- 10% – Assist members with loan inquiries or issues regarding existing loans.
- 5% – Serve as backup for MSRs to assist new members in opening accounts, answer product questions, and cross‑sell products.
- 5% – Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience:
One to three years of similar or related experience. - Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Interpersonal skills:
Provide courteous service to the public, manage routine contacts, and maintain professional relationships.
