NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
- 12hr shifts are available
- Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
- Maintain accurate records in compliance withHIPAA
- Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
- MUST HAVE VALID RN FLORIDA LICENSE
- MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
- MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
- MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
- MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS).
- MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
- MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
