• Master the technology necessary to run your business as a Real Estate Agent
• Be the person your clients depend on — for one of the biggest decisions of their lives

• Be 18 years or older
• Willing to obtain a Florida real estate license (we’ll show you how)
• Willing to complete Coldwell Banker Paradise Real Estate Agent training — provided by us
