Position: Prepared Foods Team Member (Deli Service Counter & Culinary Venues) - Part Time
Whole Foods Market -  - Responsibilities:
Cut, prepare, and serve a variety of hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza;
Sample products to customers;
Stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators;
Rotate stock and check in-stock product dates for freshness;
Assist Team Leader with organizing/displaying volume and seasonal items;
Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required;
Provide excellent customer service and practice suggestive selling; answer phones promptly;
Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising of products;
Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures and maintain a clean environment;
Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing signs are accurate;
Report safety hazards and violations promptly
