Electrical Department Manager

Moore Home Services is seeking an Electrical Department Manager to lead our growing residential electrical operations. In this role, you'll oversee electricians and apprentices, ensure NEC and local code compliance, manage scheduling and workflow, and coordinate closely with our HVAC and plumbing teams. You'll develop standards for safe, high-quality installations, repairs, and upgrades, provide technical support in the field, and coach technicians on diagnosis and customer communication.

The manager will track KPIs, support budgeting, assist with hiring and training, and champion a customer-first, safety-focused culture across Northern California service areas.
