Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting professional to support project financial management for commercial and multi-family construction projects. This role will oversee billing, financial reporting, and project closeout while partnering with internal teams to drive accuracy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly AIA billings and supporting documentation
- Manage lien waivers and track accounts receivable collections
- Analyze project budgets vs. actuals and report insights to leadership
- Support forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
- Assist with project financial closeouts, including subcontract and PO reconciliation
- Complete cost certifications and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset with high integrity and professionalism
Salary $55k-$70k
