Support Specialist - Prevention, Sebring FL
Individuals in this position perform a variety of secretarial and clerical tasks consistent with the needs of the agency. Strong typing skills, good organization skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision are prerequisites of this position.

- Answers incoming telephone calls and routes calls as appropriate.
- Types reports, correspondence, and other items as requested by the Program Supervisor.
- Provides information and answers questions about the agency when phone calls or written inquiries are received regarding same.
- Maintains Prevention administrative files, personnel files, and training files.
- Prepares all new employee paperwork; prepares status changes for terminations, salary increases, change of positions, etc.
- Maintains Prevention Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Coordinates submission of time sheets to Lakeland in a timely fashion, including collection and review for accuracy; distributes paychecks.
- Enters data required for KIT and KIS billing database.
- Performs other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
A high school diploma or GED and at least two (2) years of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
