Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform essential functions and tasks which may include exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 pounds of force as frequently as necessary; lifting, crawling, kneeling, bending, stooping, pulling, and pushing, if required. Satisfactory clearance of a criminal history records check and drug screening.

Job Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of appropriate office practices and procedures. Demonstrates skill in use of office equipment, including computers. Bilingual preferred. Occasional work outside of contract.
Primary Performance Responsibilities:
Works with migrant population. Provides customer service, types reports and processes paperwork. Files, organizes and orders supplies. Keeps accurate inventory of equipment/supplies. Performs duties as needed in specifically assigned schools and departments.
Additional Duties:
Other duties as assigned by supervising administrator.
Term:
Length of contract and number of hours worked are determined by specific allocation as approved annually during planning-budgeting process.
Appraisal:
Performance will be appraised annually in accordance with School Board policies.
Paygrade:
According to the School Board of Highlands County Non-instructional Salary Schedule.
