Advent Health Medical Group is seeking Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join their growing practices in Sebring, Florida. Clinicians will work in an inpatient/outpatient hybrid model supporting a 171-bed hospital expanding to 275 beds in 2026, alongside a collaborative team of cardiologists and dedicated APP support. Practice Info
- 171-bed hospital expanding to 275 in 2026
- 3 hospitals with Sebring as the main facility and Lake Placid for rounding only
- 4 locations where providers work primarily in one clinic with occasional floating or coverage in another
- Team includes multiple cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, and an electrophysiologist
- Inpatient and outpatient APP support
- Utilizes EPIC EMR with DAX AI
- Affiliated with the Advent Health Cardiovascular Institute
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an inpatient/outpatient hybrid model
- Perform rounding at Lake Placid
- Participate in a rotation of call coverage
- Teach in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine resident programs along with 3rd and 4th year medical students
Compensation
- Salary guaranteed with productivity incentives
- $45,000 Sign-on allowance
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000

Requirements
- Board Certification/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- J1 Waiver (Conrad and SCRC), H1B and Permanent Card sponsorship available
