A physician-led, patient-focused healthcare organization in Sebring, Florida, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join its growing team. Practice Info
- Busy, established practice newly remodeled with a growing patient base
- Large, experienced staff with 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound, and surgical suites
- Balanced caseload averaging 35-40 patients per day and 40-60 deliveries per month
- Deliveries at Advent Health Sebring Hospital; GYN surgeries at HCA Highlands Hospital
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality OB/GYN care with strong clinical support
- Perform outpatient consultations, deliveries, and surgeries in a collaborative setting
- Work with a team of skilled midwives, APPs, and physicians dedicated to exceptional patient care
- Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within a respected, physician-led organization
Compensation
- Salary $350,000 - $500,000
- Competitive First-Year Salary
- Above-average base salary with productivity bonuses (opportunity to double salary in Year
2) - $100,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time or part-time
- Approximately 2.5 days in clinic, 1 surgery day, 2 Labor & Delivery days (flexible scheduling available)
- Call Schedule - 1:5 weekend call rotation (Midwives take 1st call; Physicians take 2nd call from home)
- Flexible work options, including 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off scheduling
