About the Role
Cross Country Education is seeking a certified School Psychologist to serve as an integral part of our multidisciplinary team for the 2026‑2027 school year in Sebring, FL.
Position Overview- Participate actively in multi‑disciplinary committees (including child study, eligibility, and IEP teams) to determine student needs, develop intervention programs, and support exceptional student education initiatives.
- Select, modify, and administer psychological assessment materials tailored to identify the learning needs of a diverse K‑12 student population across various cultural and socio‑economic backgrounds.
- Design and implement effective intervention strategies and plans for teachers and parents, fostering an environment where students engage in meaningful learning experiences.
- Assist in the ongoing development and coordination of school‑wide and district‑wide psychological services, maintaining all required records and adapting to changing curriculum needs.
- Master’s Degree or higher in School Psychology.
- Active Florida State School Psychologist Certification (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
- Prior experience in a school‑based or pediatric setting.
