Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Process Improvement:
  Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Technical Support:
  Provide support to production teams by troubleshooting equipment issues and recommending solutions to improve operational performance.
• Documentation:
  Help create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including design engineering, quality assurance, and production, to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
• Data Analysis:
  Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Training:
  Assist in training production personnel on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or relevant coursework experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and Lean principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, data analysis software).
