Project Accountant

• Complete Monthly Project AIA billing and compile all supporting documentation.
• Manage all Contractor lien releases and other supporting documentation.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and follow up with Ownership to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Review and analyze all aspects of construction financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support for decision making.
• Review Budget to Actual jobs costs and reports to PMs and executive management.
• Manage financial close out of each Project including working with Accounts Payable Specialist to close out all subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Complete Cost Certifications for Construction Projects.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.

• 3-5 Years of Accounting Experience
• Proficient in accounting software and integration across software platforms:
