• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Design and implement creative and engaging occupational therapy interventions to promote functional mobility, strength, and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families to promote successful transitions and community reintegration
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
• Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
