We invite you to join a cohesive, highly reputable team with a mission to care for our patients, each other and the community.
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges clinicians face every day.
We work together. As the provider of inpatient therapy services for Advent Health, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
We invest in our people. We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and our TPS Orthopedic Residency Program.
Our Patients Are What Drive Us. We treat every patient the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. Our mission is to provide the most personalized and skilled physical therapy services possible, all within a warm and welcoming environment.
What We Treat. Our caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. We are on a cohesive multidisciplinary team. All treatments are 1-on-1 with a patient care focus. We partner with Advent Health to provide inpatient therapy services. We keep a therapist-first mindset allowing therapists to feel supported and understood when delivering services.
