Your Role as a Home Health PTAAs a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will deliver skilled therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence in a familiar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Care: Provide in‑home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Follow Treatment Plans: Execute individualized plans based on the PT’s initial evaluation.
Educate: Teach patients and caregivers specific exercises and safety techniques to support recovery.
Collaborate: Communicate patient progress and updates effectively to the interdisciplinary care team.
Document: Use AI‑assisted tools to ensure accurate and timely clinical charting.
