Physicians Rehab Solution is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the outpatient orthopedic team at Florida Joint & Spine Institute in Sebring, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-connected practice with a manageable daily caseload and strong clinical support.
What You’ll Treat- General outpatient orthopedic caseload
- Patients of all ages
- Average of about 11 patients per day for full-time PTAs
- Opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists in a supportive environment
- Clinic hours:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm - No weekends. No holidays.

Structured mentorship and support are available for new graduate Physical Therapist Assistants.
Qualifications- Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program and a state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Eligible for Florida Physical Therapist Assistant licensure
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
