Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed BCBA to support a K12 caseload with a school district in Sebring, FL for the 2026–2027 school year. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) – School Based – Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide school-based behavioral support and ABA interventions for students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Collect, analyze, and track behavioral data to monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
• Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and BACB standards
• Support positive behavioral interventions and crisis prevention strategies

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) via BACB
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Prior school-based experience required conducting FBAs and BIPs
