Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time & Per Diem (Consistent Hours Available)

The Palms of Sebring is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat residents, helping them improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. This position is available Full-Time and Per Diem
, with consistent hours per week
. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Evaluate residents’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional performance.

• Assist residents in achieving safe and optimal movement for daily activities.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapy disciplines regarding treatment progress.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapeutic exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies.

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred, but not required.
