We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MED TECH 7AM-7PM to join our dedicated team at The Palms at Sebring, a premier healthcare facility located in Sebring, Florida. As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient exams, treatments, and procedures

• Maintain accurate and organized records of patient data, test results, and medical histories

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs to stay current with industry best practices and advancements

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and efficient patient flow

MED TECH CERTIFICATE

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or medical technology certification a plus

• 0 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with our team

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
