We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working with mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform basic high-voltage electrical troubleshooting safely and effectively
- Maintain auxiliary equipment such as compressors, chillers, conveyors, and related systems
- Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs
- Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Follow all safety policies, including LOTO, OSHA
, and other site safety procedures - Maintain tools, organize work areas, and assist with spare parts inventory
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation (nice to have, not required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
- Ability to perform basic high-voltage electrical troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift and/or move 50-75 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on equipment for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Technical certification or training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechatronics
- Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, drives, and control panels
- Welding or light fabrication experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Safety-driven mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
