* + Develops and oversees the execution of strategic marketing plans for service lines based on organizational priorities.
+ Leads and participates in the annual operating budget planning, development, and oversight for the marketing team.
+ Coordinates and executes marketing and community events in collaboration with the physician marketing and community outreach team.
+ Manages campus-level social media channels and reputation, ensuring consistent and positive representation.
+ Oversees the online provider directory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Med Staff, Clinic Management, and the Consumer Experience Center.
+ Coordinates marketing plans for onboarding new providers and manages communication for offboarding providers.
+ Represents the organization positively at community programs and functions to promote the brand.
+ Aligns community relations initiatives with the Director of Physician Relations and Community through partnerships with local organizations.
+ Collaborates with the Director of Physician Relations to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns and physician relations initiatives.
+ Works with the AVP/Communications Director on crisis mitigation and adherence to HIPAA guidelines for film/photography requests.
+ Investigates and resolves marketing and communication issues, both internally and externally, and evaluates competitive healthcare services.
+ Supervises staff communication, including meetings, job descriptions, individual goals, policy information, and performance evaluations.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* + Ability to demonstrate success in building relationships with community leaders by representing and elevating the brand [Required]
+ Extensive successful writing and editing experience (externally focused) with a variety of print and online communications media [Required]
+ Excellent and persuasive communicator [Required]
+ Stature and confidence to work effectively with a high-performing hospital leadership [Required]
+ Ability to work in a matrixed environment navigating local facility needs with GA Market goals [Required]
+ Ability to manage marketing and communications to advance an organization's mission and goals [Required]
+ Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously with minimal direction [Required]
+ Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs [Required]
+ Ability to translate strategic thinking into action plans and output [Required]
+ Ability to communicate challenging concepts into easily understandable language [Required]
