HP Homes - Communications and Marketing Systems VISTA

Hicoria Pines Homes is a nonprofit housing organization dedicated to helping very‑low and low‑income individuals and families achieve housing stability, self‑sufficiency, and economic mobility through the development of safe, sustainable, and attainable housing. HP Homes serves families, veterans, seniors, and underserved communities by helping them navigate the home ownership process, access USDA 502 Direct Loan opportunities, identify home repair resources, and connect with local, state, federal, and community‑based support systems.

The Communications and Marketing Systems VISTA will build HP Homes’ capacity by strengthening internal communications, marketing, social media, outreach, and storytelling systems. The VISTA will review existing materials, develop content calendars, create reusable templates, organize a digital content library, and document procedures for staff use. The member will also assist with drafting social media posts, newsletters, flyers, website updates, and community education materials for staff review and approval.

This role will help HP Homes share clear, consistent, and mission‑focused information about attainable housing, home ownership readiness, aging‑in‑place support, community revitalization, and housing stability resources, and focus on building sustainable systems that remain with HP Homes after the service term ends.
