Job Description:

* Utilizes strong organizational skills to be highly detail-oriented and analytical.

* Provides exceptional customer service with a patient-centric approach. Applies basic hands-on computer knowledge and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowledge of Cerner is an asset.

* Demonstrates leadership and potential supervisory/managerial competency, including effective communication, problem-solving, and ability to coach and motivate others.

* Deals efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals, maintaining calm and focus during stressful situations.

* Establishes collaborative alliances and promotes teamwork, seeking opportunities to network with other hospital robotics programs and outside professional development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Knowledge of medical terminology [Required]

* Clinical competence of surgery with a competence of robotic surgery [Required]

* Ability to draft reviews and negotiate contracts [Required]

* Flexibility in work schedules [Required]

Education:

* Associate's of Nursing [Required]

* Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

* N/A

Work Experience:

* 3+ years of leadership or nursing management experience [Preferred]

* 1+ years of leadership or nursing management experience [Required]

* 2+ years pre and post operating room nursing experience in a multi-specialty setting upon hire [Preferred]

* Experience and working knowledge of computerized documentation [Preferred]

Additional Information:

* 4 hours of hip and knee replacement education

Licenses and

Certifications:

* Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

* Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

* Stroke Education (SE) [Preferred]

* Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]
