Join our team at The Palms at Sebring, a vibrant and supportive healthcare community, as we seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our 2pm-10pm shift team! As an LPN/RN at The Palms at Sebring, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, providing assistance with daily living activities, and ensuring their overall well‑being.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, reactions to medications, and other relevant observations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Participate in facility‑wide quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and services

• Current LPN/RN license in the State of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Minimum of 0 years of experience; new graduates and experienced professionals welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
