As an ALF Weekend Nurse at The Palms at Sebring, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well‑being of our residents. You will provide direct care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, maintain accurate documentation, assist with administration of medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by our medical director, and help deliver high‑quality care.

• Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and basic nursing care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by our medical director.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including progress notes and medication records.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordination of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes.

• Competitive salary

• 2 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN).
• Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Florida.
