Job Description- Demonstrates compliance with mandatory meetings through attendance, written testing, or make-up sessions.
- Maintains accurate and complete Employee Health records. Monitors and tracks blood borne pathogen exposures and Tuberculin skin testing program for compliance per hospital policy.
- Monitors Employee Health records for compliance with vaccination requirements per hospital policy.
- Assists in the organization of employee files, records, and pertinent occupational health statistics to facilitate easy access and analysis.
- Employs sound professional judgment and demonstrates creativity in recommending reasonable solutions in the work environment.
- Assists in the follow-up of workers’ compensation investigations at the request of the Manager and accurately documents findings.
- Other duties as assigned. Administers medication and vaccines provided in the Employee Health Department. Conducts new hire assessments and annual assessments for team members.
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- 1+ years experiences as a registered nurse [Required]
- Microsoft, Excel, EMR experience [Required]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
$32.16 - $56.28
