As an LPN/RN at The Palms at Sebring
, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, providing assistance with daily living activities, and ensuring their overall well-being. With a focus on teamwork and mutual respect, our staff is committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds the expectations of our residents and their families.
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, reactions to medications, and other relevant observations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and services
- Current LPN/RN license in the State of Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred - Minimum of 0 years of experience; new graduates and experienced professionals welcome to apply
