Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite, under supervision. You will implement nursing plans, administer meds, educate patients and families, and ensure safety per physician plan of care.
The role requires active RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to travel up to 100% as needed. A BSN is preferred with infusion experience, and familiarity with EMR systems is expected.
