Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under a physician's plan of care. Works under structured supervision within the nursing team.
Responsibilities include developing plans of care, administering treatments, educating patients and families, and ensuring documentation accuracy for billing and compliance. A valid RN license, 1+ year experience, and CPR certification are required.
