Sebring, FL | PCU / Stepdown

Contract | 12-Hour Day Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit as a float nurse across multiple campuses and care settings
• Float to additional campuses and within the hospital to units with PCU-level patients, including ED holding areas
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, ensuring timely assessment and intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and transitions

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown clinical setting
• Ability to float to multiple campuses and units as needed
• Availability for every other weekend rotation

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience working in ED holding or similar fast-paced environments
• Comfort with multi-campus float assignments

• Multiple start dates available, offering flexibility to begin your assignment when it works best for you
• Gain diverse clinical experience by floating across varied care settings and campuses
