Sebring, FL | PCU / Stepdown

Contract | 12-Hour Day Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting as part of a float pool
• Float to additional campuses and facilities within the region as needed
• Cover other units within the hospital that have PCU-level patients, including ED holding areas
• Participate in required every other weekend rotations

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Experience in a PCU, Stepdown, or IMC setting
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple campuses and units
• Availability to commit to scheduled contract start dates

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience with ED holding or acute care overflow patients
• Comfort working in a float pool or multi-campus environment

• Multiple contract start dates available, offering scheduling flexibility
• Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across multiple care settings and campuses
