$25.00–$35.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Licensure)

12-Hour Shifts Available Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Option to work 2 or 3 days per week

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
• Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician‑ordered procedures

• Active Florida RN or LPN License (Compact License Accepted)
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred)
• Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator Care is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
• Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening

Florida Care Provider Background Screening Information (House Bill 531):

• One‑on‑one patient care
• Flexible Full‑Time and Part‑Time schedules
• Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical team

• Active Nursing License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• TB Test (within the past 12 months)
• COVID‑19 Vaccination Record or Approved Medical/Religious Exemption
