* Job Description:

* + Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency.

+ Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation.

+ Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations.

+ Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed.

+ Other duties as assigned.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* + Able to communicate in English [Required]

+ Knowledge of HAACP standards [Preferred]

+ Food safety and sanitation [Preferred]

+ Food preparation [Preferred]

+ Dish machine and possibly other minor kitchen equipment [Preferred]
