Sales Representative

We are a growing swimming pool company seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners who have requested a quote for a new pool installation. We advertise on television and social media. Homeowners contact our office after seeing our ads. Our team speaks with them and gets them pre-approved for financing before an appointment is scheduled. You will be meeting with 2-3 homeowners per day who have already reached out to us and agreed to a consultation.

This is not door-to-door sales and no prospecting is required.

• Run scheduled in‑home pool consultations within a 2‑hour radius of your home.
• Evaluate backyard layout and homeowner goals.
• Present pool design options and pricing.
• Answer questions and build trust with homeowners.
• Guide customers through the purchase decision.
• Submit project paperwork after appointments.

• Sales, construction, roofing, HVAC, or customer‑facing experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.

This is a performance‑based compensation structure. You are paid for each completed in‑home consultation you run, regardless of whether a sale is made. Additional income is earned when a homeowner proceeds with a pool installation. The company provides the appointments, product training, and administrative support.

This role offers a performance-based compensation model with appointment pay. Compensation varies by performance and is not guaranteed. Pay is issued twice monthly.
