Onsite 5 days in Secaucus, NJ
** This will be a temp role for around 6 months. You must be able to work in Secaucus, NJ and have Net Suite experience and Concur to be considered.
Pay: $30-35/hr DOE

Role Overview
:
The Accounts Payable Analyst will support the wholesale/international and retail divisions by ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities:
- Set up new vendors in Net Suite and Blue Cherry
- Review P-card receipts in the CAR system to ensure appropriate documentation is attached
- Assist with 1099 preparation and processing
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Cross‑train within the department to provide coverage during team member absences
- Support the payment process to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Accounts Payable Analyst
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience in a fast‑paced office environment
- Wholesale/Retail apparel industry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with Net Suite, Blue Cherry, Concur Invoice & Expense, and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying and preventing AP issues
- Ability to meet strict deadlines within the payment cycle
