Associate Manager

Eligible employees may work remotely one day per week.

• Act as the main point of contact for all billing matters, including invoice generation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle all billing and credit card inquiries from internal and external customers.
• On‑board new clients in the billing system.
• Back‑fill all billing activities with an emphasis on contractual billing requests.
• Collaborate with account management teams in revenue‑generating departments to ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate with the General Ledger group on month‑end accounting related to the close process, preparing journal entries and schedules for withholding tax and other adjustments.
• Perform accounting roll‑forwards, schedules, and reconciliations for accounts such as cash, withholding tax, allowance for doubtful accounts, and Accounts Receivable.
• Assist with data testing and system implementation or upgrade tasks.
• Support audit requests for BRI, Interim, and Year End Audit.
• Adhere to control procedures, review and propose new controls to minimize errors and oversights.
• Run the complete credit card processing function, including bank reconciliation; act as the primary back‑fill for this process as needed.
• Collaborate with peers on process improvements and best practices.
• Contribute to SAP and other system tests and implementation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including cash application.

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience with a strong billing background.

• Knowledge of SAP and Receivables Accounting – Billing / Withholding Tax and Cash Application process.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with system implementation.
• Proficiency in Excel.

$68,000 – $75,000
