OverviewA stable and growing company in Secaucus is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join the team in a permanent role with a clear path to Staff Accountant
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands‑on experience across accounting functions and grow within the organization.
- Process 100–150 AP invoices weekly with accuracy
- Perform 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain AP subledgers and ensure proper GL coding
- Assist with reconciliations and month‑end close
- Prepare check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Support accruals and expense tracking
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain organized AP records and files
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- ERP experience (MS Dynamics a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Clear growth path into a Staff Accountant position
- Hands‑on exposure to full-cycle accounting
- Supportive team environment with strong training }
