Pierre Fabre seeks a Director of Cost Accounting to establish and lead the cost framework for a multi-stage cell and gene therapy product. You will design cost tracking across CDMOs and internal operations, ensuring accurate capture, variance analysis, and ERP integration.
The ideal candidate will have strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle), and 7–10 years of progressive cost accounting in pharma or complex manufacturing.
