About The Role

The CSR Supervisor (Customer Service Returns) is responsible for coordinating the processing of non-conforming materials returned by customers globally. The role oversees daily CSR operations, ensures processes are followed, productivity goals are met, and the team operates efficiently on the CSR floor. The supervisor allocates manpower, provides leadership, and ensures accountability across all CSR activities.

What You Will Do
  • Implement and maintain efficient CSR processes to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational oversight and guidance aligned with overall strategic objectives.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to support departmental and company initiatives.
  • Ensure timely processing of materials and accurate transfer of parts to subsequent teams.
  • Promote and maintain good housekeeping and organization within the CSR area.
  • Investigate and address discrepancies reported by team members, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Oversee departmental daily functions to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and validate internal inventory accuracy.
  • Support and participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the CSR team in leadership meetings to address and resolve operational challenges.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional business or operations environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong data entry, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and flexible work approach.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including bending, twisting, lifting up to 30 lbs unassisted, and standing for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of computer components and parts preferred.
  • Experience using a pallet jack a plus.
  • Proactive, positive, and focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
