Job Opportunity

The role supports the execution and continuous improvement of the firm’s commercialization process focusing on pricing, positioning, packaging, monetization, and profitability of new and reimagined products, services, and solutions across various business models including Audit, Advise, Transform, and Operate.

It contributes to frameworks, processes, tools, and governance to facilitate GTM monetization transformation from effort‑driven, cost‑plus margin models to client value‑driven, outcome‑based models. The role leverages product‑led growth motions for digital/AI‑native products and sales‑led growth motions for services to create market‑leading positioning, packaging, and monetization that accelerate profitable growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of product and services commercialization initiatives, connecting product, monetization, pricing, and commercial models across relevant business teams.
  • Identify early leverage points in the commercialization process to support clarity and profitable pricing recommendations.
  • Assist in aligning value, usage, and pricing metrics that meet criteria of def inability, measurability, high client demand, high expectation to pay, and high metric density.
  • Facilitate service decomposition, mapping steps in the solution value chain to enable monetization model maturity and adoption.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of price lists and related monetization models, pricing metrics, and discount structures within governance processes.
  • Build trusting relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to improve value realization and revenue outcomes.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Working knowledge of cost‑, competitor‑, willingness‑to‑pay‑, and value‑based pricing approaches and EY pricing constructs.
  • Experience supporting design, modeling, and structuring of audit, transformation, and managed services offerings with monetization approaches aligned to client value chain.
  • Knowledge of behavioral science concepts (loss aversion, anchoring, framing, choice architecture) applicable to commercial contexts.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics, establish credibility, and build trust with stakeholders on ambiguous data.
  • Effective collaboration within a matrixed organization, demonstrating pursuit and relationship‑management skills under competing priorities.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in professional services pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, corporate development, or SaaS/product commercialization.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, accounting, budgeting, and related metrics.
  • Awareness of qualitative and quantitative price‑setting optimization techniques (A/B testing, conjoint, Gabor‑Granger, price elasticity, Van Westendorp, price laddering).
  • University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Flexible hours due to client time‑zone requirements.
  • Limited to moderate travel.
