The Merchant, Wholesale & International plays a critical role in shaping and executing category strategies through high-impact external and internal collaborations. This role is responsible for curating compelling assortments that align with brand vision and partner objectives, driving revenue growth, and unlocking new opportunities through strategic partnerships. The position blends merchant acumen, analytical rigor, and partnership leadership to deliver differentiated product offerings and elevate market competitiveness.

• Lead the development and execution of merchandising strategies in collaboration with channel partners, ensuring alignment with channel, brand positioning, and long-term growth objectives.
• Curate and optimize assortments that balance global consistency with partner needs
• Analyze global sales performance, partner productivity, and market-level trends to identify opportunities and risks. Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize assortments and pricing strategies.
• Partner with Marketplace Team to support seasonal planning, line reviews, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and sustained account growth.
• Serve as a key connector across Channel teams, Global Merchandising, Planning, and Channel Marketing to ensure seamless execution of assortments from concept through delivery.
• Evaluate product performance across channels, rank styles based on productivity, and identify opportunities to refine assortments, reduce redundancy, and maximize-margin potential.
• Develop and deliver insightful business reviews, seasonal recaps, and forward strategies to senior leadership and key external partners, translating data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Conduct regular market visits, attend partner meetings, and competitive analysis to strengthen relationships, capture insights, and identify growth opportunities across the global wholesale landscape.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive merchandising experience, including buying and/or wholesale
• Experience collaborating with or supporting strategic/vendor partnerships preferred

• Ability to balance global brand objectives with channel needs
• Strong capability in interpreting performance metrics, forecasting, and driving profitable growth
• Experience navigating diverse markets and adapting strategies accordingly
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and product value positioning
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach to managing the business

• Full-time role located in Secaucus, New Jersey
