Business Solutions Analyst

Business Analyst – Business and functional analyst roles across multiple organizations and projects.

• Lead the definition of business requirements, including discovery, analysis, and documentation.
• Communicate with internal Treasury groups to understand system usage and data flows.
• Translate business needs into requirements for technical audiences, including user stories and functional specifications.
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs.
• Support conversion projects, such as migrating from ACBS to Loan IQ.

• Minimum 2+ years of business analysis experience (learning & management plans are acceptable).
• Background in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare industry processes.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, supply chain, commodities technology, or risk management is a plus.

  s vary from temporary to full‑time, with typical assignments ranging from 3 months to 18 months (possible extensions).
• Locations include New York, NY;
  Jersey City, NJ;
  Brooklyn, NY; and remote (ET).
• Hybrid office days in NYC or NJ are required (1‑2 days office for temporary roles).
• Work hours up to 40 per week; start date ASAP.
