Senior Project Manager

An established and growing construction management and general contracting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its leadership team. Operating across New Jersey, New York, and Florida
, the company delivers high-profile projects across the commercial, high-rise residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors, providing full preconstruction and construction management services.

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee risk management, change orders, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project staff.
• Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are maintained.

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
