Site Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman
We are supporting a leading national General Contractor that is actively expanding its Mission Critical division and is seeking a Superintendent to join the team on a $200M+ Data Center project in Secaucus, NJ
.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on one of the region's premier hyperscale data center developments while joining a company with a strong pipeline of Mission Critical work across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of Data Center construction experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and schedule are paramount. Candidates with strong mission critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or large-scale MEP construction experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on a $200M+ Data Center project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Conduct daily site walks and proactively resolve field issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, Consultants, and Trade Partners.
- Track manpower, productivity, and overall project progress.
- Lead field coordination meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Data Center construction experience preferred.
- Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Lead Superintendent on large commercial or mission critical projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing complex projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel as required.
