JLL is looking for a Dock Equipment Project Estimator for the NYC metro warehouse market. You will survey loading dock conditions, prepare cost estimates for leveler, door, and restraint replacements, develop project proposals for building owners, and coordinate with installation subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Requirements- 3+ years of dock equipment or facility construction estimating experience
- Dock equipment product knowledge (levelers, doors, seals, restraints)
- Cost estimation and proposal development skills
- Site survey and measurement abilities
- Valid driver's license for NY/NJ metro travel
