Senior CAD Designer​/Graphic Designer- Intimates

Location: Secaucus, NJ (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

A leading global apparel company is seeking a highly skilled Senior CAD Designer / Graphic Designer to join its growing design team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong background in apparel graphics, print development, and CAD work. The position will play a key role in supporting seasonal collections across intimate apparel, sleepwear, loungewear, and active wear categories.

• Create and develop original graphics, prints, patterns, and CAD artwork for seasonal product assortments.
• Produce detailed CADs and technical artwork with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Draw apparel silhouettes and bodies across intimates, sleepwear, loungewear, and related categories.
• Recolor, revise, and adapt existing prints, graphics, and artwork to align with seasonal direction and brand objectives.
• Partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Merchandising teams to prepare artwork packages and production-ready files.
• Create detailed specifications including print layouts, repeat dimensions, placement artwork, color callouts, and production notes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive timelines and business deadlines.
• Research and identify emerging fashion, graphic, and print trends to inspire new concepts and seasonal developments.
• Ensure artwork is organized, accurate, and production-ready throughout the development process.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in apparel graphic design, CAD design, textile design, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (critical requirement).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience creating apparel CADs, graphics, print layouts, and artwork for production.
• Strong illustration, color, typography, and composition skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of current market trends.

• Background in intimates, sleepwear, loungewear, active wear, or fashion apparel.
• Experience working within a high-volume retail or wholesale apparel environment.
• Familiarity with Browzwear, CLO, or other 3D apparel design tools is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Full-time onsite position in Secaucus, NJ.
• Collaboration is central to the team's success; all design team members work onsite five days per week.
