FM Expressions is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Art Service Specialist to join our team in Secaucus, NJ!

In this role, you’ll help transform client artwork into production-ready files for screen printing and apparel decoration. You’ll work closely with our Art Service and Production teams, as well as clients, to ensure artwork is accurate, meets production requirements, and is ready to move through the production process on schedule.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

• Prepare and process client-supplied artwork for screen printing and apparel production.
• Resize, modify, and adapt artwork for different garment sizes, placements, and production requirements.
• Vectorize, clean up, and correct artwork to meet production specifications.
• Prepare production-ready files, including color separations and other necessary file adjustments.
• Review artwork carefully to identify potential production issues before files move into production.
• Upload, organize, and manage artwork through internal and external file-sharing systems.
• Process client and internal feedback quickly and accurately, often working with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to ensure artwork supports production schedules and requirements.
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients when clarification or additional information is needed.
• Manage multiple projects and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow established processes, instructions, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve artwork issues and help prevent production delays.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of experience in production art, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  .
• Knowledge of screen printing and color separation preferred.
• Experience with Cricut or similar design/cutting equipment is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  .
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes while knowing when to ask questions or seek clarification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and correct artwork issues.
